How does Extra Super P Force affect the body's natural response to sexual stimulation?
Extra Super P Force is a medication used to treat two common male sexual disorders: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains two active ingredients: sildenafil citrate and dapoxetine. Here's how each component affects the body's response to sexual stimulation: Sildenafil Citrate (for Erectile Dysfunction): Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, leading to improved erectile function. When a man is sexually stimulated, nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis, which activates an enzyme called guanylate cyclase. This enzyme increases levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the smooth muscles of the penile blood vessels, allowing blood to flow into the erectile tissue and produce an erection. PDE5 normally degrades cGMP, Extra Super P Force sildenafil inhibits PDE5, allowing cGMP levels to remain elevated, promoting sustained erections. Dapoxetine (for Premature Ejaculation): Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that is specifically designed to treat premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is thought to involve disruptions in the serotonin system in the brain, which plays a role in controlling ejaculation. Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, increasing its levels in the synaptic cleft. This leads to improved ejaculatory control and delay of ejaculation, allowing for better sexual performance. Together, the combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine in Extra Super P Force helps men with both ED and PE achieve and maintain erections, as well as improve control over ejaculation, enhancing their overall sexual experience. It's important to note that Extra Super P Force should only be taken under the guidance of a healthcare professional and as prescribed, as it may not be suitable for everyone and can have potential side effects and drug interactions.
