What is Modalert?

Modalert is a neuro-enhancing (eugeroic) narcotic used to treat inattention and other sleep problems, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), shift-work sleep disorder, daytime somnolence, narcolepsy, and other excessive sleepiness diseases. Commonly, Modalert 200 Tablet is administered once per day, considering that its half-life is between 12 and 15 hours and the recommended daily dose is 200mg. It is not designed for extensive use. It is often used as a "off-label" cognitive enhancer due to its wakefulness-inducing characteristics. The "street names" of the pharmaceutical include nootropics, smart medications, and infinite pills.
