Is Tazzle a banned substance in sports?
Tazzle, which contains Tadalafil, is used to treat erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, similar to sildenafil (Viagra) and other medications in this class. Tadalafil is not classified as a Tazzle substance in sports by major sports organizations like the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). It is not known to enhance athletic performance or give an unfair advantage, so it is generally not included in the list of banned substances. However, it’s always important for athletes to check with their respective sports organizations or consult with a sports physician before taking any medication, as regulations and lists of banned substances can change.
