Gentle Cell Dissociation
Gentle cell dissociation reagent is an enzyme-free reagent that can be used to separate human embryonic stem (ES) or induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells into single-cell solution or cell aggregates for regular passaging. In order to create intestinal organoids, it is also appropriate for the isolation of intestinal crypts.
