When should Tadalista 40 be discontinued due to health concerns?
Tadalista 40, which contains tadalafil, is commonly prescribed for erectile dysfunction or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, there are certain situations where it should be discontinued or not used at all due to health concerns: Severe Cardiovascular Conditions: If you have a history of heart attack, stroke, or severe heart disease, particularly in the last six months, or if you have unstable angina, discontinuation may be necessary. If you have low blood pressure (hypotension), it may not be safe to continue. Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment: Individuals with severe liver impairment or end-stage kidney disease (especially if not undergoing dialysis) may need to stop using Tadalista 40mg, as it can be dangerous in such cases. Retinal Disorders: If you have a history of vision problems related to the retina, such as retinitis pigmentosa, Tadalista should generally be avoided due to potential vision side effects. Allergic Reactions: If you experience any signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, etc.), the medication should be stopped immediately, and medical assistance should be sought. Priapism: If you experience an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, known as priapism, seek medical attention immediately to prevent long-term damage. If priapism occurs, Tadalista should be discontinued. Concurrent Use with Nitrates: Tadalista should not be used with nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain), as this combination can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Other Medical Conditions: If you have severe dehydration, a history of bleeding disorders, or if you're taking medications that interact with tadalafil (such as certain antifungals, antibiotics, or HIV medications), discontinuing use may be advised. Always consult with your healthcare provider before stopping Tadalista, as they will evaluate your specific condition and provide guidance tailored to your health status.
