When can Super Vilitra interact with nitrates?

Super Vilitra, a combination medication that typically contains vardenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) and dapoxetine (a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor or SSRI), should never be used in combination with nitrates. Why? Vardenafil, like other PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil), potentiates the blood pressure-lowering effects of nitrates. Super Vilitra can cause: Severe hypotension (dangerously low blood pressure) Dizziness or fainting Heart attack or stroke in extreme cases What are nitrates? Common nitrates include: Nitroglycerin (sublingual, patches, sprays) Isosorbide mononitrate Isosorbide dinitrate These are often prescribed for angina (chest pain) or other cardiac conditions. How long should you wait? If you've taken Super Vilitra, you should wait at least 24 hours (but ideally longer—up to 48 hours or more) before taking any form of nitrate medication. Likewise, if you are on a nitrate regimen, you should not take Super Vilitra at all unless cleared by a healthcare provider.
