Which Vilitra 20 should be avoided with high blood pressure?
That’s a very important question — especially if you have high blood pressure (hypertension) and are considering or already using Vilitra 20 (which contains vardenafil 20 mg). When Vilitra 20 Should Be Avoided with High Blood Pressure You should avoid or use Vilitra 20 only under strict medical supervision in the following cases: 1. If you take nitrates or nitric oxide donors Examples: nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate/mononitrate, or nicorandil. Combination can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure (potentially life-threatening). 2. If you use alpha-blockers (for blood pressure or prostate) Examples: doxazosin, terazosin, prazosin, tamsulosin, etc. These can also cause additive blood pressure lowering, leading to dizziness or fainting, especially if Vilitra 20 mg is taken too close in time to them. 3. If your blood pressure is uncontrolled Severe hypertension (e.g., >170/110 mm Hg) or severe hypotension (e.g., <90/50 mm Hg) — vardenafil may worsen instability. Only consider Vilitra once blood pressure is well-managed and stable. 4. If you have serious heart or vascular conditions Recent heart attack, stroke, or arrhythmia For People with Controlled High Blood Pressure If your hypertension is well-controlled with medication, vardenafil (Vilitra) can often be used Vilitra 20 mg Use the lowest effective dose (often starting at 5 mg or 10 mg rather than 20 mg). Avoid taking it within a few hours of your blood pressure medication, especially if it’s an alpha-blocker. Monitor for dizziness, flushing, or light-headedness after the first few doses.
