Which Medical Conditions Could Contraindicate The Use Of Fildena CT 50?

Fildena CT 50 contains sildenafil citrate, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow to the penis. However, certain medical conditions can make its use unsafe or inappropriate.

Individuals with severe heart problems, such as recent heart attack, stroke, uncontrolled hypertension, or serious arrhythmias, should avoid taking Fildena CT 50, as sexual activity and sildenafil’s effects on blood pressure may pose significant cardiovascular risks. Similarly, those with low blood pressure or severe coronary artery disease should not use this medication.

Fildena CT 50 mg is also contraindicated in patients using nitrate medications or guanylate cyclase stimulators (like riociguat), since the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe liver or kidney impairment, retinitis pigmentosa, or other degenerative eye disorders should avoid it due to increased risk of adverse effects.

Additionally, individuals with anatomical penile deformities or conditions predisposing them to priapism (such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma) should not take Fildena CT 50. Always consult a healthcare provider before use to ensure the drug is safe and appropriate based on your health status and current medications.
