Does Cenforce 120 Cause Headaches In Older Men?

Cenforce 120, which contains 120 mg of sildenafil, can cause headaches in men of any age, including older men. Headache is one of the most common side effects of sildenafil because the medication works by widening blood vessels to increase blood flow. This same vasodilation can also affect blood vessels in the head, leading to mild or sometimes moderate headaches.

Cenforce 120 mg men may be slightly more likely to experience this side effect because they often have age-related changes in blood pressure, take multiple medications, or have underlying cardiovascular conditions that increase sensitivity to sildenafil’s effects. Higher doses—like 120 mg—also raise the likelihood of headaches compared with lower doses such as 25 mg or 50 mg.

However, not all older men will experience headaches, and for many, the symptom is mild and temporary. Staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol before taking the medication, and taking the pill with a light meal may help reduce discomfort.

If headaches become severe, persistent, or occur along with dizziness or vision changes, it’s important to stop using the medication and speak with a healthcare provider. They may recommend adjusting the dose or switching to a different treatment that is better tolerated.
