Can Aurogra 100 Mg Improve Erections In Men With Ed From Low Testosterone?
Aurogra 100 mg is a generic form of sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does not work automatically — sexual arousal is still required for an erection to occur.
For men with ED related to low testosterone, Aurogra 100 mg can help improve erections if the primary issue is poor blood flow. PDE-5 inhibitors like sildenafil enhance the normal erectile response by increasing levels of cGMP and relaxing penile blood vessels. Clinical evidence shows that sildenafil at doses up to 100 mg significantly increases the likelihood of a firm erection compared with placebo in men with ED.
However, low testosterone itself may contribute to ED by reducing libido and affecting sexual physiology. PDE-5 inhibitors do not raise testosterone or directly address hormonal causes of ED; they only help the physical mechanism once arousal occurs. If low testosterone is a major factor, testosterone replacement or hormone-specific treatment may be needed alongside or instead of sildenafil to fully improve sexual function, and that should be discussed with a doctor.
Typical use: one 100 mg tablet about 30–60 minutes before sex, with effects lasting around 4–6 hours. Always consult a healthcare provider to ensure this dose is appropriate and safe for you, especially if you have heart, blood pressure, or other medical conditions.
