Which Heart Conditions Contraindicate The Use Of Silagra 100 Mg?
Silagra 100 mg (sildenafil) can be effective for erectile dysfunction, but it is not safe for everyone, especially people with certain heart conditions. Sildenafil affects blood vessels and blood pressure, which can place extra strain on the heart.
Silagra 100 mg is contraindicated (should not be used) in people with the following heart-related conditions:
Unstable angina (chest pain at rest or with minimal exertion)
Recent heart attack (myocardial infarction) or stroke, usually within the last 6 months
Severe heart failure or poorly controlled heart disease
Serious heart rhythm disorders (life-threatening arrhythmias)
Severe hypotension (very low blood pressure)
Uncontrolled hypertension (very high blood pressure)
Significant narrowing of heart valves, such as severe aortic stenosis
Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, which affects blood flow from the heart
Silagra 100 must never be used with nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide), commonly prescribed for heart disease, because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
If you have any cardiovascular condition, experience chest pain during sexual activity, or are unsure about your heart health, consult a doctor before taking Silagra. A medical evaluation ensures the medication is safe and appropriate for you.
