Does Malegra 200 Mg affect kidney health?
Malegra 200 mg contains sildenafil citrate, and its effects on kidney health depend largely on dose, frequency of use, and existing medical conditions. Sildenafil is mainly metabolized by the liver, and only a small portion is excreted by the kidneys. In healthy individuals with normal kidney function, occasional use Malegra 200 Mg not usually cause direct kidney damage. However, 200 mg is a very high dose—well above the commonly recommended maximum of 100 mg—and this significantly raises safety concerns. In people with kidney disease, reduced kidney function, diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart problems, high doses like 200 mg can be risky. Impaired kidneys may clear the drug more slowly, causing it to build up in the body, which increases the chance of side effects such as low blood pressure, dizziness, headaches, vision disturbances, and prolonged erections. Severe drops in blood pressure can indirectly stress the kidneys, especially in vulnerable individuals. Frequent misuse or overdosing may also worsen dehydration and circulation issues, which can negatively affect kidney health over time.
