Who can legally import Malegra FXT ?
Malegra FXT (a prescription medication containing sildenafil + fluoxetine or similar active drugs) depends on your country’s drug and customs laws. In general: 1. Import by licensed entities (formal importation) In most countries, only businesses with proper drug import licenses can legally import prescription medicines in commercial quantities. This includes: Pharmaceutical manufacturers or wholesale distributors that hold valid import and distribution licenses from the national drug regulatory authority Registered agents or importers appointed by manufacturers who meet licensing Malegra FXT . In India, for example, an import licence must typically be obtained from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules before bringing drugs into the market. 2. Personal import for medical use Individuals can sometimes bring or ship small quantities of prescription medicines for personal use, but this normally requires adherence to strict conditions: A valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. The amount is usually limited (e.g., up to a defined number of doses or a short-term supply) and declared to customs. In India, if the drug isn’t part of bona fide personal baggage, you may need to apply for permission using Form 12A/12B from the CDSCO licensing authority. Other countries** (e.g., U.S., Australia) have their own personal importation rules**, but generally require prescriptions and may limit quantities.
