Why Does Super p-Force Oral Jelly Not Work Without Sexual Stimulation?

Super P-Force Oral Jelly contains two active ingredients: sildenafil (for erectile dysfunction) and dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). Sildenafil is the same PDE5 inhibitor found in Viagra, and its effectiveness depends on sexual stimulation.

Why Sexual Stimulation Is Necessary

Sildenafil works by enhancing the natural erectile response. During sexual arousal, the body releases nitric oxide in penile tissue. This triggers the production of cyclic GMP (cGMP), which relaxes smooth muscles and increases blood flow to the penis.

Sildenafil does not create this signal on its own. Instead, it blocks the enzyme (PDE5) that breaks down cGMP. Without sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is not sufficiently released, cGMP levels do not rise, and there is no signal for increased blood flow. As a result, an erection does not occur.

What About Dapoxetine?

Dapoxetine helps delay ejaculation by affecting serotonin levels in the brain, but it also does not trigger sexual desire or automatic arousal.

Super P-Force Oral Jelly supports the body’s natural response to sexual stimulation—it does not automatically cause an erection. Physical or psychological arousal is required for the medication to work effectively.
