Which Sexual Performance Side Effects Are Reduced By Megalis 10 mg?
Megalis 10 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used mainly to treat erectile dysfunction (difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It does not directly “reduce sexual side effects” in a general sense, but it can improve specific performance issues related to erectile dysfunction.
What Sexual Performance Issues It Helps With
Improved ability to achieve and maintain an erection: By relaxing blood vessels and increasing penile blood flow, Megalis 10 mg helps men with ED get firmer erections when sexually stimulated, which can reduce performance anxiety related to erectile difficulty.
Longer effective window: The effect can last up to about 36 hours, offering flexibility and confidence during sexual activity.
What It Doesn’t Reduce
Megalis doesn’t directly reduce other sexual side effects such as:
Premature ejaculation
Low libido (reduced sex drive)
Orgasm issues or changes in sexual desire
It also does not reduce ejaculation time or sexual satisfaction on its own; improvements are mostly linked to better erectile response.
Possible Side Effects
Like other PDE5 inhibitors, it can cause mild side effects (headache, flushing, dizziness, upset stomach) and more serious rare effects (vision or hearing changes, prolonged erections). These are not beneficial but are important to watch for and discuss with a doctor.
In summary, Megalis 10 mg helps improve erection quality and sexual performance related to erectile dysfunction, but it doesn’t broadly reduce all sexual side effects or performance issues. Always use it under medical guidance.
