Is Apcalis Oral Jelly Recommended For Daily Therapy?

Apcalis Oral Jelly (a tadalafil-based erectile dysfunction medication) is primarily designed for “as-needed” use — meaning you take one sachet about 15-30 minutes before planned sexual activity, and it should not be taken more than once in a 24-hour period. Its effect can last up to ~36 hours, so frequent daily dosing is usually unnecessary.

There are situations where daily therapy with tadalafil (the active ingredient) is medically recommended — for example low-dose daily tablets (2.5–5 mg) can be prescribed when someone prefers spontaneity or has frequent sexual activity. However, Apcalis Oral Jelly  sachets generally contain higher doses (e.g., ~20 mg), and this formulation isn’t typically studied or approved for routine daily use. Most guidelines and pharmacy information advise not to take the jelly form every day as a regular schedule.

Using high-dose tadalafil daily without medical supervision could increase the risk of side effects such as headache, flushing, back pain, or low blood pressure. If you want a daily treatment strategy, consult a doctor — they may recommend a smaller daily dose of tadalafil tablet rather than the 20 mg jelly. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance on frequency and dosing.
