Why Should Extra Super Zhewitra Not Be Used If You Have Had A Recent Surgery?

Extra Super Zhewitra is a combination medication containing vardenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) and dapoxetine (used for premature ejaculation). It should not be used if you have recently undergone surgery because of potential cardiovascular and blood pressure risks during the recovery period.
