Why Should Extra Super Zhewitra Not Be Used If You Have Had A Recent Surgery?

Extra Super Zhewitra is a combination medication containing vardenafil (a PDE5 inhibitor) and dapoxetine (used for premature ejaculation). It should not be used if you have recently undergone surgery because of potential cardiovascular and blood pressure risks during the recovery period.

Vardenafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow. After surgery, your body is still stabilizing blood pressure, fluid balance, and circulation. Using a vasodilator like Extra Super Zhewitra can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure (hypotension), dizziness, or fainting, which may interfere with healing and increase the risk of falls or complications. This risk is higher if you are taking post-surgical medications such as nitrates, certain pain relievers, or blood pressure drugs.

Dapoxetine can also affect heart rhythm and blood pressure. Following surgery, especially heart or major abdominal procedures, the cardiovascular system may be more sensitive to these effects. Additionally, physical exertion related to sexual activity itself may strain the body before full recovery.

Because recovery timelines vary depending on the type of surgery, it is essential to consult your healthcare provider before resuming sexual activity or using medications like Extra Super Zhewitra to ensure it is medically safe.
