Why Does Tadalista 60 Require Sexual Stimulation To Work?

Tadalista 60 contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It requires sexual stimulation to work because of how the body naturally produces an erection.

During sexual arousal, the brain sends signals that trigger the release of nitric oxide (NO) in the penile tissues. Nitric oxide then increases levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a chemical that relaxes smooth muscle and allows more blood to flow into the penis, creating an erection. PDE5 is the enzyme responsible for breaking down cGMP.

Tadalafil works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which helps maintain higher levels of cGMP. However, it does not produce nitric oxide on its own. Without sexual stimulation, nitric oxide is not released, cGMP levels do not increase, and there is no erection to enhance. In simple terms, Tadalista 60 mg supports the natural erection process but does not start it.

This is why men taking tadalafil must still experience physical or psychological sexual arousal for the medication to be effective. The drug improves the body’s response to stimulation rather than creating automatic or spontaneous erections. This mechanism also helps reduce the risk of constant or unwanted erections when the medication is used appropriately.
