Which alcohol level is safe with Malegra DXT Plus ?

Malegra DXT Plus (a combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine) should ideally not be taken with alcohol because drinking can increase the risk and severity of side effects such as dizziness, nausea, headaches, low blood pressure, and drowsiness, and may make the medication less effective. There’s no officially “safe alcohol level” defined when using this medicine. However, medical guidance generally suggests either avoiding alcohol completely or keeping it to a very minimal/low amount (e.g., one standard drink such as a small Malegra DXT Plus or a single glass of wine) only if you choose to drink at all. Even small amounts of alcohol can worsen side effects like light-headedness or fainting, especially in combination with this drug’s blood-flow effects. Because Malegra DXT Plus acts on blood pressure and central nervous system pathways, the combined effects with alcohol can be unpredictable and potentially serious. In rare but reported cases, excessive alcohol with PDE-5 inhibitors like sildenafil has been linked to severe outcomes.
