Are Cenforce 150 Tablets Safe For Men With Sleep Apnea?

Cenforce 150 contains sildenafil citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Men with sleep apnea often experience ED due to reduced oxygen levels, hormonal imbalance, and associated cardiovascular issues. While sildenafil can be effective in improving erectile function, its safety in men with sleep apnea depends on individual health factors.

In general, sildenafil does not directly worsen mild or well-managed obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). However, caution is necessary. Sleep apnea is strongly linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, and pulmonary hypertension. Since sildenafil works by dilating blood vessels and lowering blood pressure, men with untreated or severe sleep apnea—especially those with cardiovascular complications—may face increased risks such as dizziness, low blood pressure, or heart strain.

The Cenforce 150 mg dose is higher than the standard starting dose (typically 25–50 mg). Higher doses increase the likelihood of side effects, including headaches, flushing, nasal congestion, and changes in vision. For men with sleep apnea who are already using CPAP therapy and have stable heart health, sildenafil may be used safely under medical supervision.

Before taking Cenforce 150, men with sleep apnea should consult a healthcare provider to assess cardiovascular risk and determine the most appropriate dosage for safe treatment.
