How does Super Fildena affect the liver?
Super Fildena is a medication commonly used for erectile dysfunction (ED). It usually contains two active ingredients: Sildenafil – a PDE-5 inhibitor that improves blood flow to help with erections Dapoxetine – a short-acting SSRI used to treat premature ejaculation How it affects the liver The liver plays a Super Fildena role in breaking down both ingredients, so it is directly involved in processing the drug. 1. Normal liver function For most healthy people: The liver metabolizes sildenafil and dapoxetine through enzymes (mainly CYP3A4). When taken at recommended doses, significant liver damage is uncommon. 2. Possible liver-related effects Although rare, some liver-related issues may occur: Elevated liver enzymes (temporary increase in AST/ALT) Mild liver stress due to drug metabolism Very rarely, drug-induced liver injury Symptoms of liver stress can include: Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice) Dark urine Fatigue Abdominal pain on the right side 3. Higher risk situations Risk increases if someone: Already has liver disease (such as Hepatitis or Cirrhosis) Takes high or frequent doses Mixes it with alcohol Uses other medications processed by the liver (some antifungals, antibiotics, etc.) 4. Dose adjustments for liver problems People with moderate or severe liver impairment are usually advised to: Take lower doses of sildenafil Avoid combination ED drugs unless prescribed by a doctor Practical safety tips Avoid heavy alcohol when using it Do not exceed recommended doses If you have known liver disease, consult a doctor before use
