Which Clinical Trials Have Been Conducted For P Force Fort 150 mg?

P Force Fort 150 mg is a combination medication that typically contains Sildenafil (for Erectile Dysfunction) and Dapoxetine (for Premature Ejaculation). While there are few clinical trials conducted specifically on the branded product “P Force Fort 150 mg,” several clinical studies have investigated the sildenafil–dapoxetine combination, which forms the pharmacological basis of this medication.

One important randomized clinical trial compared the effects of paroxetine, dapoxetine, sildenafil, and a combined dapoxetine–sildenafil therapy in men with premature ejaculation. The study included P Force Fort 150 mg participants divided into five treatment groups for six weeks. Results showed that the combination therapy significantly improved intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), patient satisfaction, and diagnostic scores, outperforming single-drug treatments. The therapy was generally well tolerated with manageable side effects.

Another notable study is the DAP-SPEED clinical trial, which evaluated a fixed-dose combination of dapoxetine and sildenafil in men with both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. In this open-label clinical study of 74 patients, treatment for four weeks significantly improved IELT values and erectile-function scores, with about 81% of participants reporting satisfaction with the therapy. Adverse events such as headache and flushing were mild and temporary.

Additionally, registered trials such as CTRI/2012/01/002370 investigated combination tablets containing dapoxetine and sildenafil for men aged 18–64 with co-existing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, enrolling up to 200 participants to assess efficacy and safety outcomes.

In summary, although P Force Fort itself has limited brand-specific clinical research, existing clinical trials on sildenafil–dapoxetine combination therapy demonstrate improved sexual performance outcomes and acceptable safety profiles, supporting its therapeutic rationale.
