Why Is Extra Super Avana Recommended To Be Taken With Caution For Those With Diabetes?
Extra Super Avana is a combination medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It typically contains avanafil, which improves blood flow to help achieve an erection, and dapoxetine, which helps delay ejaculation by affecting serotonin levels in the brain. Although effective, it is often recommended that people with diabetes use this medication with caution.
Men with diabetes frequently have underlying cardiovascular issues, such as high blood pressure, nerve damage, or reduced blood vessel function. Avanafil works by relaxing blood vessels to increase blood flow, which can sometimes cause a drop in blood pressure. In individuals with diabetes—especially those with heart disease or circulation problems—this effect may increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, or other cardiovascular complications.
Another concern is diabetic neuropathy, a condition where nerve damage affects different parts of the body. Because dapoxetine influences neurotransmitters in the nervous system, people with existing nerve-related complications may experience stronger side effects such as dizziness, headache, or fatigue.
Diabetic patients may also take multiple medications to control blood sugar, blood pressure, or cholesterol. Some of these medicines can interact with the components of Extra Super Avana potentially increasing side effects or altering how the drug works in the body.
For these reasons, individuals with diabetes should consult a healthcare professional before using Extra Super Avana. Proper medical guidance ensures that the medication is safe, the dosage is appropriate, and potential interactions or complications are minimized.
