Which Side Effects Should Prompt Discontinuation Of Extra Super Vidalista?
Extra Super Vidalista is a medication used to treat Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation. It combines two active ingredients: Tadalafil, which helps improve blood flow to the penis, and Dapoxetine, which helps delay ejaculation. While many men tolerate this medicine well, certain side effects require immediate discontinuation and medical attention.
One serious side effect is prolonged or painful erection (priapism) lasting more than four hours. This condition can damage penile tissue if not treated promptly. Another warning sign is sudden loss of vision or hearing, which may indicate rare but serious complications associated with PDE5 inhibitors.
Men should also stop taking the medication if they experience severe dizziness, fainting, chest pain, or irregular heartbeat. These symptoms may signal cardiovascular problems, especially in individuals with underlying heart conditions. In addition, allergic reactions—such as rash, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe itching—require immediate discontinuation.
Psychological symptoms like extreme mood changes, confusion, or suicidal thoughts should also prompt stopping the drug, as these may be linked to the dapoxetine component.
In summary, while Extra Super Vidalista can improve sexual performance, any serious symptoms such as priapism, vision or hearing loss, severe cardiovascular signs, allergic reactions, or major mood changes should prompt immediate discontinuation and urgent medical consultation.
