Which Medical Conditions Contraindicate Vidalista Use?
Vidalista contains tadalafil, a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow. However, certain medical conditions make its use unsafe or contraindicated due to potential serious side effects.
One major contraindication is the use of nitrate medications, often prescribed for chest pain or heart disease. Combining tadalafil with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe cardiovascular conditions—such as recent heart attack, unstable angina, or severe heart failure—should also avoid Vidalista, as sexual activity itself may strain the heart.
Individuals with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure are at increased risk of complications. Those with severe liver or kidney disease may have difficulty metabolizing the drug, leading to prolonged effects and higher risk of adverse reactions.
Vidalista is also not recommended for patients with certain eye conditions like Retinitis Pigmentosa or a history of vision loss due to optic nerve problems. Additionally, people with anatomical deformation of the penis or conditions that predispose them to prolonged erections (such as sickle cell anemia or leukemia) should use extreme caution.
