This new look is typified by simple rectangular markers for the minutes and hours, where the hour markers are thicker and longer and link the remaining minutes are lighter and shorter. All of this "newness" is inspired by renowned Japanese designer Riki Watanabe and his famous minimal clock design. These models borrow heavily from his design, from the markers link to the hands, and I have to say that the inspiration translates quite handsomely onto the watches themselves.
