After some weeks of contemplating the watch online with a sensation that increasingly resembled longing, I finally got to try it on. I found it pleasantly heavy, the gold-plated bracelet heftier than I'd imagined. And looking up at me from its face was the ring of dancing bears. The lightning link bolt ticked away link the seconds. I couldn't help but smile every time I looked at this watch.
