Which Side Effects Are Most Commonly Associated With Malegra DXT Plus?
Malegra DXT Plus is a combination medication used to treat Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation. It contains sildenafil (for improving erections) and duloxetine (to delay ejaculation), and this dual action can lead to a range of side effects.
The most commonly reported side effects are mild to moderate and often temporary. These include headaches, dizziness, flushing (a warm or red feeling in the face), and nasal congestion. Malegra DXT Plus issues such as nausea, dry mouth, or indigestion may also occur due to duloxetine’s effect on serotonin levels.
Some users experience drowsiness or fatigue, which can affect alertness. In contrast, others may report insomnia or restlessness. Increased sweating and a slight increase in heart rate are also possible. Because sildenafil affects blood vessels, a mild drop in blood pressure may occur, sometimes causing lightheadedness.
Less commonly, individuals may notice blurred vision or sensitivity to light. In rare cases, more serious effects like prolonged erections, mood changes, or irregular heartbeat can occur and require immediate medical attention.
While most side effects are manageable, it’s important to use this medication under medical supervision to ensure safety and proper dosage, especially for those with underlying health conditions or those taking other medications.
