Why does Duratia 90 Mg help erectile dysfunction?

Duratia 90 mg contains dapoxetine, which is not actually an erectile dysfunction (ED) drug. It is designed to treat premature ejaculation, not ED. So why do some people feel it “helps” erectile dysfunction? 1. It improves control, not erection quality Dapoxetine works on brain serotonin levels to delay ejaculation. Duratia 90 Mg giving better control over timing, men may feel more confident and less rushed, which can indirectly improve sexual performance. But it does not increase blood flow to the penis, which is the key mechanism needed to treat ED. 2. Psychological boost Many cases of ED are partly psychological (stress, anxiety, performance pressure). When premature ejaculation improves, anxiety often decreases—this can make erections feel stronger or easier to maintain, even though the drug itself isn’t acting on erections. 3. Misinterpretation of results Sometimes men who actually have premature ejaculation (not true ED) assume they have erectile dysfunction. When Duratia improves their timing, they interpret the overall experience as “better erections.” 4. Combination use Duratia is sometimes taken alongside ED medications like sildenafil (used in Viagra). In those cases, sildenafil treats erection quality, while dapoxetine delays ejaculation—together improving overall sexual performance.
