Where should I not take Fildena ?

Fildena (sildenafil) in certain situations because it can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure or serious complications.  take Fildena if you: 1. Are using nitrate medicines For chest pain/heart disease (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) Even “poppers” (amyl nitrite) used recreationally   This combination can cause a FILDENA , life-threatening BP drop 2. Have serious heart problems Recent heart attack or stroke (usually within last 3–6 months) Severe chest pain (unstable angina) Severe heart failure where sex itself is unsafe 3. Have very low blood pressure Or uncontrolled high blood pressure 4. Have severe liver or kidney disease Especially if your doctor hasn’t adjusted the dose 5. Have certain eye conditions Especially loss of vision due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) in one eye 6. Are allergic to sildenafil or similar medicines  Be extra careful / avoid without medical advice if you: Take alpha-blockers (for prostate or BP issues like tamsulosin, doxazosin) Use strong medications like some antifungals or HIV drugs Drink heavy alcohol (can worsen dizziness and BP drop) Have anatomical penile conditions (like Peyronie’s disease) Simple rule If anything affects your heart, blood pressure, or nitrate use, Fildena should only be used after a doctor confirms it’s safe.
