Which Is The Recommended Maximum Dose Of Malegra DXT Plus?
The recommended maximum dose of Malegra DXT Plus is generally one tablet per day, and it should not be exceeded without medical supervision. This combination drug contains Sildenafil (100 mg) and Duloxetine (60 mg), which are already at commonly accepted upper therapeutic limits for their respective uses.
From a clinical perspective, sildenafil—the component responsible for improving erections—has a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg per day for erectile dysfunction. Taking more than this does not significantly increase effectiveness but raises the risk of side effects such as headaches, dizziness, flushing, and low blood pressure.
Similarly, duloxetine is typically prescribed at up to 60 mg daily for most conditions, and exceeding this dose may increase the likelihood of adverse effects like nausea, fatigue, or changes in blood pressure.
Since Malegra DXT Plus already combines these maximum strengths in a single tablet, taking more than one dose in 24 hours can be unsafe.
For best results, it is usually taken about 1 hour before sexual activity, and only once in a day. Always follow a healthcare provider’s advice, especially because this medication affects both cardiovascular and neurological systems.
