Why Should Duratia 90 Mg Not Be Used With Other Ed Treatments?
Duratia 90 mg should not be used together with other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments unless specifically directed by a healthcare professional because combining these medications can increase the risk of serious side effects and drug interactions. Duratia contains dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation, while many ED treatments contain phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitors such as Sildenafil, Tadalafil, or Vardenafil.
When taken together without medical supervision, these drugs may increase the likelihood of dizziness, fainting, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, headache, and blurred vision. Dapoxetine itself can lower blood pressure and affect the nervous system, while ED medications also widen blood vessels, intensifying cardiovascular effects. This combination may be especially risky for individuals with heart disease, liver impairment, or a history of fainting disorders.
Another concern is the increased chance of serotonin-related side effects if Duratia 90 mg is combined with antidepressants or certain recreational substances sometimes used alongside ED treatments. Excessive alcohol use may further worsen dizziness and drowsiness.
Some combination therapies are prescribed in controlled doses by doctors for men experiencing both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. However, self-medicating with multiple sexual performance drugs without professional guidance can be dangerous and may lead to severe complications or overdose-related reactions.
