Which Side Effects Are Most Common With Malegra DXT Plus Use?

Malegra DXT Plus is a combination medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It contains sildenafil, which improves blood flow to the penis, and duloxetine, which affects certain brain chemicals involved in mood and nerve signaling. While many people tolerate the medication well, side effects can occur, especially when starting treatment or using higher doses.

The most common side effects include headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, indigestion, and nausea. Some users may also experience a dry mouth, mild fatigue, or diarrhea. Sildenafil can occasionally cause temporary vision changes, such as blurred vision or increased sensitivity to light. Duloxetine may contribute to drowsiness, difficulty sleeping, or changes in appetite.

Less common but more serious side effects require immediate medical attention. These include chest pain, fainting, severe allergic reactions, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting longer than four hours (priapism). Duloxetine may also increase the risk of mood changes, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts in some individuals, particularly during the early stages of treatment.

To reduce the likelihood of side effects, take Malegra DXT Plus exactly as prescribed and avoid excessive alcohol, recreational drugs, or medications that may interact with its ingredients, especially nitrates or certain antidepressants. Inform your healthcare provider about your complete medical history and any other medicines you are taking. If side effects are persistent, bothersome, or severe, discontinue use and seek medical advice promptly. Proper medical supervision helps ensure the medication is both safe and effective.
