When does Tadapox Tablet require a lower dose?
Tadapox Tablet is usually a combination of tadalafil (for erectile dysfunction) and dapoxetine (for premature ejaculation). A lower dose may be needed in some patients because the body may clear these medicines more slowly or because they may be more sensitive to their effects. A doctor may consider a lower dose or extra caution in patients who have: Kidney problems: Reduced kidney function can increase tadalafil exposure. Tadapox Tablet with moderate or severe kidney impairment may require dose adjustments or restrictions depending on the dosing schedule. Liver disease: Liver impairment can increase tadalafil levels; lower doses or avoidance may be recommended, especially with more severe liver disease. Older age with other health problems: Age alone does not always require a lower dose, but older adults with kidney, liver, or cardiovascular issues may need more careful dosing. Patients taking interacting medicines: Certain drugs (for example, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors or some HIV medications) can raise tadalafil levels and may require dose changes. People who experience side effects: Headache, dizziness, flushing, low blood pressure symptoms, or other unwanted effects may indicate the need for a lower dose.
