How can Cenforce be used responsibly?
Cenforce contains sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient used in Viagra, and is used to treat erectile dysfunction. To use it responsibly: Take it only as prescribed by a healthcare professional. The appropriate dose depends on your age, overall health, and other medications. Take one dose about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. It may work in as little as 30 minutes for some people. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Taking extra tablets does not improve effectiveness and increases the risk of side effects. Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to work; it does not produce an automatic erection. Avoid heavy meals, especially high-fat meals, just before taking it, as they can delay its onset. Limit alcohol, since excessive alcohol Cenforce make it harder to get an erection and may increase side effects such as dizziness or low blood pressure. Never combine it with nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Also discuss use with your clinician if you take alpha-blockers or have significant heart, liver, or kidney disease. Avoid recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrite or similar inhalants) for the same reason—they can interact dangerously. Common side effects include: Headache Facial flushing Nasal congestion Indigestion Dizziness Temporary changes in vision (such as a blue tint or increased light sensitivity) Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: Chest pain Sudden loss of vision or hearing An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) Signs of a severe allergic reaction If the medication doesn't work as expected, don't increase the dose on your own. A healthcare professional can help determine whether the dose, timing, or another treatment would be more appropriate. If you have any heart disease, low blood pressure, or take medications for chest pain, it's especially important to discuss sildenafil use with your healthcare provider before taking it.
