When is Tadasoft 20 Mg not recommended?
Tadasoft 20 mg contains tadalafil 20 mg, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It is not recommended in certain situations because it may be unsafe or increase the risk of serious side effects. Tadasoft 20 mg is generally not recommended if you: Take nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) for chest pain, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Take riociguat (a guanylate cyclase stimulator), which can also lead to dangerously low blood pressure when combined with tadalafil. Have been advised not to engage in sexual activity Tadasoft 20 Mg of a serious heart condition. Have had a heart attack within the past 90 days or a stroke within the past 6 months. Have unstable angina, uncontrolled irregular heart rhythms, very low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Have previously experienced vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Are allergic to tadalafil or any of the tablet's ingredients. Use with caution Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your treatment or recommend an alternative if you have: Severe kidney or liver disease. Significant heart disease. A penile deformity or a history of prolonged erections (priapism). Certain blood disorders, such as sickle cell disease, multiple myeloma, or leukemia. Seek immediate medical attention if you develop: Chest pain during or after taking the medication. Sudden loss of vision or hearing. An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism). Always take Tadasoft 20 mg exactly as prescribed, and let your healthcare provider know about all medications and supplements you use to help avoid potentially dangerous drug interactions.
