Can Megalis 20 mg be taken twice a day?
Megalis 20 mg should generally not be taken twice a day. For erectile dysfunction, the 20 mg strength is intended for as-needed use, and the usual recommendation is no more than one dose in a 24-hour period. Taking 20 mg twice in one day (40 mg total) can increase the risk of side effects, including: Headache Flushing Dizziness or low blood pressure Indigestion Back or muscle pain Rare but serious effects such as prolonged erection (lasting more than 4 hours), sudden vision loss, or sudden hearing loss If you need more frequent treatment, your healthcare provider may recommend a Megalis 20 mg -daily tadalafil regimen (typically 2.5 mg or 5 mg) instead of repeated 20 mg doses. If you've already taken 20 mg today and are considering another dose, it's safest to wait at least 24 hours before taking more, unless your prescribing clinician has given you different instructions. If you're asking because 20 mg isn't working well enough, let me know: your age, how long before sexual activity you take it, whether you take it with alcohol or a heavy meal, and what other medications you use. That information can help determine whether the issue is related to timing, interactions, or another factor rather than the dose.
