Does Extra Super Zhewitra affect fertility?
Extra Super Zhewitra typically contains a combination of: vardenafil, which treats erectile dysfunction. dapoxetine, which is used to treat premature ejaculation. Based on current evidence: There is no strong evidence that occasional or prescribed use of vardenafil reduces male fertility. Studies have generally not shown Extra Super Zhewitra significant harmful effects on sperm count, sperm movement, or sperm quality. Dapoxetine has not been shown to cause infertility when used as prescribed. However, SSRIs can sometimes affect sexual function (such as ejaculation or libido), and some studies have explored possible effects on sperm quality with longer-term SSRI use. The evidence is mixed, and any effects appear to be reversible after stopping treatment. If you and your partner are trying to conceive, it's worth discussing all of your medications with your healthcare provider, particularly if you've been taking them regularly or have concerns about fertility. If your concern is that you've been using Extra Super Zhewitra for an extended period or you've had abnormal fertility test results, tell me: your age, how long you've been taking it, how often you use it, and whether you're having difficulty conceiving. I can then provide more tailored information.
