Which Warning Signs Indicate The Need For Discontinuing Fildena CT 50 mg Use?

Fildena CT 50 mg is a chewable medication containing sildenafil citrate, commonly prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). While it is generally safe when used as directed, certain warning signs require immediate discontinuation of the medication and prompt medical evaluation.

One of the most serious warning signs is chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or fainting during or after sexual activity, as these symptoms may indicate a cardiovascular problem. Users should also stop taking Fildena CT 50 mg if they experience a sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes or a sudden decrease in hearing, especially if accompanied by ringing in the ears or dizziness. Although rare, these side effects require urgent medical attention.

Another important warning sign is an erection lasting more than four hours, known as priapism. If left untreated, priapism can permanently damage penile tissue and lead to long-term erectile dysfunction. Severe allergic reactions, including swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or widespread rash, also require immediate medical care.

Additionally, discontinue Fildena CT 50 mg if you develop an irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness, or significant drops in blood pressure. Always consult a healthcare provider before restarting the medication or changing the dosage after experiencing any serious side effects.
