Can Vidalista 80 be used safely?

Vidalista 80 (tadalafil 80 mg) should not be self-used for erectile dysfunction. It is far above the usual recommended maximum ED dose of 20 mg in 24 hours. For pulmonary arterial hypertension, the recommended tadalafil Vidalista 80 mg once daily, not 80 mg. A higher dose can increase adverse effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and prolonged erection. The risk is particularly important with certain heart medicines, blood-pressure medicines, kidney/liver problems, or significant alcohol use. Never combine tadalafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin because of potentially dangerous blood-pressure lowering. If someone has already taken 80 mg, tell me their age, when they took it, and what other medicines they take, and I can explain what symptoms to watch for and when urgent medical care is needed.
