Why is Vidalista 10 Mg unsuitable for some heart patients?

Vidalista 10 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor. The 10 mg dose is not automatically unsafe for someone with heart disease, but some cardiac patients should avoid it or use it only after medical assessment.
